Photo Galleries

August 2009: The latest addition to the BFA web site is a selection of photographs from our extensive Photo Library. The current selection is not intended as a photographic showcase, rather to give a flavour of our home base close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and to provide a helpful resource for walkers. There is especial focus on the sections between Point St John and Strumble Head. The Galleries are organised by Coast Path section (see Index) and are location specific rather than generic in nature. To view location(s), hover your cursor over the picture(s).

The Gallery thumbnails are highly compressed, of low resolution and, in any event, publication to the web necessarily involves a loss of detail. The Galleries are therefore not representative of the quality of the original source material.

The Galleries contain only a small sample from our library, and each picture is, in turn, only one of a number taken at the same location. It is our usual practise to capture several alternatives, using different exposures, framing, etc, to allow for different promotional applications: variations in mood, variations in design layout, or flexibility in the superimposition of text. More material will be added to the Galleries at intervals.

For information on licensing BFA pictures for print or  online reproduction, please e-mail us at barrie.foster1@btinternet.com or contact Barrie Foster on 01348 831081.
